The different types of resources are listed below. While some resources are for instructional purposes, others are to enhance physical activity at their own pace and discretion. Students can access all the material listed.
Curriculum ResourcesCurriculum resources are handouts, worksheets, and any other forms that are used in class. Students may click on the form names and follow the links to access the worksheets.
Weekly Food Log- Staying healthy includes eating healthy. Print out this food log and keep track of the types of food and quantities you have consumed.
Fillable Food Diary- This weekly food log can be filled out online and saved to your computer. Exercise Log- 5 Days- This is a 5 day exercise log that students can use while at home to keep track of their physical activities. |

Muscular Endurance- This article list a few exercises used to improve muscular endurance. Flexibility Exercises- Stretching is an important part of physical activity. This article lists a few exercis to help with flexibility. Body Mass Index (BMI)- This is a useful website where students can check their BMI in the privacy of their own home. Darebee workouts: This link will take you to Darebee.com's YouTube channel. Videos of different exercises are shown. Dance Moves: This link will take you to a google form that teaches various dances. There are videos as well step-by-step instructions for the dance. |

Sworkit- Downloadable Workout Training app with demonstrations and timed workouts with playable music.
Coache's Eye- students can download this application to analyze movements recorded using their smartphones in slow motion. MyFitnessPal- This site can be used by students to track their meals and exercise. It has a calculator that can check calories burned during an activity. Calorieking- Students can use this website to check how many calories are in a meal that they may have recently eaten. Fooducate- This website/app can assists students in reaching personal fitness and health goals. Darebee- This website/app can assists students in reaching personal fitness and health goals. |
